Volunteer Fee

The East Valley Youth Symphony (EVYS) thrives because of the dedication and support of our wonderful parent volunteers. Your time and involvement are what make it possible for our young musicians to enjoy such a meaningful and enriching experience.

To keep our rehearsals, concerts, and events running smoothly, we ask that each family contribute a little bit of service time—just once per semester. Whether it’s helping at a practice, assisting at a performance, or lending a hand behind the scenes, every effort truly makes a difference and is deeply appreciated.

We understand that sometimes schedules don’t allow for volunteering. In those cases, a $25 fee per semester per family will help us cover the costs of additional support.

Together, with everyone contributing in the way they can, we can continue to make EVYS a special place for our students to grow, learn, and share the joy of music.
