The East Valley Youth Symphony is thrilled to announce that the upcoming 2026–2027 season will mark our 20th anniversary season!
For two decades, EVYS has provided young musicians in the East Valley with the opportunity to grow as artists, develop confidence, build friendships, and experience the joy of making music together. This milestone season is not only a celebration of where we have been, but also a look ahead to the exciting future of our organization.
A Season to Celebrate
This year, we are celebrating all season long. Our 20th anniversary is a special opportunity to honor the musicians, families, conductors, volunteers, alumni, donors, and community supporters who have helped shape EVYS into what it is today.
We are very excited for the year ahead and have some special things coming up throughout the season to recognize this important milestone. From our rehearsals to our performances, this season will be filled with moments that celebrate the heart of EVYS: young musicians coming together to create something meaningful.
Round 2 Auditions
Young musicians interested in joining EVYS still have an opportunity to audition for the upcoming season.
Round 2 auditions are scheduled for August 3, 5, and 8, 2026.
EVYS welcomes dedicated young musicians who are ready to grow, learn, and be part of a supportive musical community. Whether a student is continuing their orchestral journey or looking for a new opportunity to challenge themselves, EVYS offers a place to develop skills, gain performance experience, and work alongside other committed musicians.

2026–2027 Concert Dates
We are also excited to share our concert dates for the 2026–2027 season. Families, friends, alumni, and community members are invited to join us as we celebrate 20 years of music in the East Valley.

Each concert will be a chance to experience the hard work, talent, and dedication of our young musicians. We look forward to welcoming audiences throughout the season as we celebrate this anniversary year together.
Honoring the Past and Looking Ahead
Reaching 20 years is a meaningful achievement. EVYS has grown because of the commitment of so many people who believe in the value of music education and the importance of giving young musicians a place to belong.
Our alumni have gone on to carry their musical experiences into college, careers, and communities beyond EVYS. Our current musicians continue to inspire us with their dedication, discipline, and passion for music. And our families and volunteers remain at the center of everything we do.
As we begin this anniversary season, we are grateful for the foundation that has been built and excited for what is still to come.
